The Drivers’ classification is based on a points system that allocates points to the top ten finishers. The winner gets 25 points, second 18, third 15, then all the way down to the tenth placed driver who picks up a single point. The Constructors’ classification is calculated by combining the points scored by each team’s two drivers in every Grand Prix.
