The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya has hosted the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix since 1991.
The facility can be found just over 20 kilometres to the north of Barcelona and the track itself is 4.66 kilometres in length. There have been 52 Spanish GPs to date, going back to 1951 and five venues have hosted it: Pedralbes, Montjuic, Jarama, Jerez and the current Barcelona track.

Isack Hadjar "As we head to Barcelona, the final race of the triple-header, we’re arriving at a circuit I’ve raced at before. It’s a classic track with a bit of everything and a layout that really tests the car overall. I believe this circuit should play to our strengths and I’m optimistic it will suit our car well. We’ll stay focused and keep pushing hard. The team has been putting in an incredible amount of effort since the start of the season and our goal remains the same, to push for the maximum performance.”
We’re set for an interesting weekend
Liam Lawson “It feels good to be rounding out the triple header in Barcelona. It’s a track we’ve tested a lot over the years, so feels very familiar to all the teams and drivers. Normally it’s quite a close race, but with some changes in the regulations to adapt to, we’re set for an interesting weekend. We’re bouncing off a great weekend in Monaco for the team, so are ready to set our sights on scoring points again in Barcelona.“
