The British Grand Prix is one of the races still known as the “Grandes Epreuves,” one of the old European races that holds its own, despite fierce competition from richer venues outside the Old Continent.

"I'm very excited to race at my first home Grand Prix this weekend at Silverstone. It's a circuit I've always loved and one that holds some very special memories for me, from my double victory in Formula 3 in 2024, to making my Formula One FP1 debut there last year. The atmosphere created by the fans is always incredible, and I still remember my first visit to Silverstone 13 years ago with my dad. It was one of the moments that really sparked my passion for motorsport, watching the race together from the grandstands.
"Silverstone is definitely one of my favourite circuits and one of the most iconic venues on the calendar. It's a track where an F1 car truly comes alive. From the ultra high speed Maggots and Becketts, to the more technically challenging corners like the last sequence before coming onto the pit straight, every part of it is a challenge.
"Having the opportunity to race at Silverstone wearing my special helmet, featuring the British flag on the front, will make the weekend even more meaningful. The design reflects my journey from the very beginning to where I am today, highlighting the key milestones of my racing career. Ever since I was a kid, I've always dreamed big and believed that one day I could make it to Formula One - and here we are, my first home race. I'm so ready and can't wait to get out there."
