But in case you haven’t, it was announced on Tuesday 2 December that Isack Hadjar will be leaving Visa Cash App Racing Bulls to race alongside Max Verstappen at Red Bull Racing.
We’re not crying, you are…
So we wanted to take a moment to say ‘bisous’ to our favourite French social media star and look back on our season together.

Let’s go back to the beginning –> Australia.
This was Isack’s first visit to Albert Park and the conditions weren’t doing him any favours. Despite being the highest-placed rookie on the starting grid – P11 – perilous track conditions unravelled a solid weekend before the race could begin, with Isack crashing on the formation lap. Luckily, Anthony Hamilton was on hand to reassure our lad.
That didn’t stop Isack from taking over the socials in China, though. Oh, and that Qualifying performance! What a slam dunk. Not bad for a content creator.
Japan rolled around, and Isack welcomed his new teammate, Liam Lawson, with open arms. Suzuka was also the track where Isack scored his very first World Championship points in Formula One, with a stellar P8 finish. We had HADJOINTS on the board! This unreal Japan dap was thoroughly deserved, we reckon.
The Lisack content was rolling in thick and fast, but that doesn’t mean everyone was always punctual. Occasionally, there was a wakeup call from Isack on the cards. Rise and shiiiiiiine. Oh, and there were even more points for Isack this weekend, too. Saudi Arabia treated us well, and we made sure to pack the essentials.
Then it was Miami, and in Miami, we wear pink. I mean, look at the power it gave Isack. Scary stuff, but not as scary as the thought of Isack as an American Football player. Good job he’s stuck to racing…
Imola birthed one of the most iconic Lisack photos of the year. Talk about being a big stepper. It was also time for Isack to pause his post-race interview, because POINTS were calling at VCARB’s home race. And if Isack had a penny for every time he tripped up in Monaco, he’d have two pennies. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s strange it happened twice… The streets of Monaco were also home to our best team result of the year so far, with a stellar P6 from Isack and P8 from Liam. Next to Barcelona, and even more points. Back to back to back points for Isack. It’s good to lay these things out to get the bigger picture.
Hold on, we just need to aura farm, real quick…
Okay, back to it.
Sometimes, when you book a spa day, there’s a chance one of you might be confused. But there’s never room for confusion when you’re faced with meme royalty.
And then, there was Zandvoort… Did something happen that week, or are we remembering it badly? Either way, we were pretty nonchalant about it. To start off, it was a double Q3 finish, which was solid stuff on its own. But then, BUT THEN… Isack went unbelievably hard in the Grand Prix and got himself his first-ever HADJODIUM. So hard, in fact, he broke his trophy… This podium meant the world to the Team, and you can really see that in the celebrations. The fifth youngest podium finisher of all time and the first podium for the team since the 2021 Azerbaijan Grand Prix. What. A. Weekend.
And the points just kept on rolling in. Italy. Azerbaijan. Singapore. Las Vegas. It really was Isack’s year, and we were all just living in it.
Let’s hear from the man himself on his move to ORBR next season:
This year with Visa Cash App Racing Bulls has been absolutely amazing, I’ve learnt a lot and secured a maiden podium.
Isack Hadjar “I’m so grateful to Oracle Red Bull Racing for giving me the opportunity and trust to race at the highest level of Formula One. After all the hard work I have put in since joining the Junior Team, it’s such a great reward. I’ve had many ups and downs throughout my career, and they kept believing and pushing me. This year with Visa Cash App Racing Bulls has been absolutely amazing, I’ve learnt a lot and secured a maiden podium. I feel I’m much better as a racing driver and a person, due to the Team‘s support and preparation. I feel ready to go to Oracle Red Bull Racing and I am happy and proud they feel the same. It’s an awesome move, to work with the best and learn from Max is something I can’t wait for."
Isack, you’ve been an absolute delight. From your first points in Japan to your first podium in Zandvoort, it’s been a pleasure to see you grow into the driver you are today.
From everyone at VCARB, we wish you the very best of luck over at Oracle Red Bull Racing.
