Welcome all to our 2025 VCARB RECAP.
Here, we’ll run you through our best moments of 2025, including our industry-leading social media lip sync extravaganzas. From driver swaps to a new Team Principal, inaugural podiums to the paddock’s most viral moments, 2025 had a lot going for Team VCARB.
Naturally, our recap starts in Australia: Round 1 of 24. We held our first Creator Program Garage Session in Melbourne, with upcoming DJ HOR.C taking to the decks down under alongside Grammy Award-winning Honey Dijon. Out on track, Isack’s formation lap crash would be one of the very few low points for the French rookie in 2025, as you’ll soon see, but at least Anthony Hamilton was on hand for support.
In Japan, it was announced that Yuki would move to Red Bull Racing and swap seats with Liam after the Kiwi had a difficult opening two rounds. But as you can see, Liam was welcomed with open arms. This was also the same weekend where Isack scored his first World Championship points, with a stellar P8 finish around Suzuka. Plus, we got Liam straight on task with some social filming in what was his VCARB directorial debut. Stunning.
We were only five rounds into the season, and you could already see how much their lip syncing had improved. And they act like they don’t love it… Check out this banger from Miami. And while we’re on the topic of the Miami Grand Prix, this was Liam’s first points weekend in 2025, with a P7 in the Saturday Sprint Race.
Sadly, as we headed to Imola, the VCARB boss added the boys on Snapchat (how boring, right?), so they had to be on their best behaviour… But while we’re at the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, we managed to squeeze in an X Factor audition (yet again with the boys going above and beyond with their lip syncs).
We had our first double points finish of the season, with a superb P6 for Isack and P8 for Liam around the streets of Monaco (and look what it meant to the team). Liam rewarded himself for his best finish of 2025 so far with a flashy new TV. Needless to say, Isack was dead impressed.

Next, we crossed the pond for the Canadian Grand Prix, and Liam filmed a worrying hostage message, but we didn’t bother passing it on to HR… he’ll get over it. Although he was a victim of Isack’s unbelievable sharpshooting, so maybe he does have a case after all. All of this didn’t stop Liam from securing his best-ever finish in F1, with an incredible P6 in the Styrian hills of Austria.

Then came Silverstone, and this NAUGHTY little number we ran as a one-off livery with London-based artist Slawn, all while Wimbledon fever was in full swing in the VCARB hospitality. The morning after the British Grand Prix, it was announced that our very own Laurent Mekies would be moving to Red Bull Racing, and that we’d have a new Team Principal at VCARB. And that Team Principal was none other than Mr Alan Permane, who served as our Racing Director up to this point.
Alan’s first race as Team Principal came at Spa, but not that kind of spa, Isack… We took the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to record a gem of a video with the new man at the top. Back out on track, we had some more points in the Sprint and yet another double Q3 finish, with Liam going on to secure P8 in the Grand Prix. At this point in the season, Isack was the only driver with zero Q1 exits. Now THAT is a statistic worth shouting about!
Which brings us to Zandvoort, of course. Did something happen that week, or are we remembering it badly? Either way, we were pretty nonchalant about it. To start off, it was a double Q3 finish, which was solid stuff on its own. But then, BUT THEN… Isack went unbelievably hard in the Grand Prix and got himself his first-ever HADJODIUM. So hard, in fact, he broke his trophy… This podium meant the world to the Team, and you can really see that in the celebrations. The fifth youngest podium finisher of all time and the first podium for the team since the 2021 Azerbaijan Grand Prix. What. A. Weekend.
And then, we just couldn’t seem to stop scoring points! Isack got more points in Italy, Singapore and Vegas, while we landed another double points finish in Baku. Meanwhile, Liam went on his own point-scoring rampage, picking up a P7 in São Paulo and a P9 in Qatar. The end result was 92 championship points across both drivers, securing VCARB with P6 in the Constructors’ Championship, our best result since 2021.
2025 was a true testament to grit and determination for VCARB. We had some good weekends, some bad weekends and some phenomenal weekends, but they combined into our most successful year of the ground effect era of cars.
We’re grateful to all of our loyal VCARB fans for tuning in each and every weekend to share our love for racing in a unique way. We can’t wait to take you on another ride in 2026, with Liam on one side of the garage and a new face on the other. We can’t wait to share Arvid Lindblad’s VCARB adventures with you all.
But for now, we hope you enjoyed the show in 2025. See you next time, friends x
